Edtech Action Group Introductory Webinar

on . .

The Ed Tech Demonstrator Programme includes a network of schools and colleges across England who exhibit effective practice in the use of technology.

The programme was announced last year to boost peer-to-peer support on the effective use of technology and has now been tailored to help schools and colleges provide education remotely.

The Demonstrator Schools and Colleges will provide professional development, initially focussed on supporting the effective delivery of remote teaching practices to schools and colleges across the country. The programme targets schools and colleges who are most in need of support; for example, those getting to grips with using a new online learning platform and those with the most disadvantaged learners.

As part of the Plymouth Secondary Strategy, we are delighted to be offering the support of the SW Regional Lead, Nicole Ponsford, and the Demonstrator partnership of Balcarras Secondary School and National Star

We look forward to meeting your EdTech Leads at an introductory webinar on 18th September

In the meantime hope your colleagues will sign up for National Star's series of 'Accessible Tech Thursdays' webinars.

Prior to the Sept 18th webinar we need you to register your 'Expression of Interest' on the main website so we can get your organisation up and running on our systems:  Edtech Demonstrator Programme Website  and get a better understanding of each school's immediate Remote Learning needs.

We also have a vast and in-depth bank of webinars and resources that you and your team might find useful, all on the Ed Tech Demonstrator website:    Edtech Demonstrator Programme Website
